A few of my customers and friends are gluten-intolerant
or wheat-allergic, and asked if we could accommodate
them.  My answer was "absolutely"!

Instead of wheat flour, we use rice flour (brown and
white), soy flour, tapioca flour, corn meal, potato starch,
cornstarch, flaxseed meal, non-aluminum baking powder,
and xantham gum.  We also use sugar, yogurt, milk, eggs,
applesauce, bananas, and other ingredients, so let us know
if you have additional allergies or just prefer us not to
use something specific.  Of course, not all ingredients are
used in all of our products.

While we will be adding more, at this time our gluten-free
products include:

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Plain (Sugar) Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies
Pignoli Cookies
Brownies
Muffins and mini-muffins - chocolate chip, banana,
applesauce, apricot, blueberry
